Sandata Expanding Senior Team to Strengthen Legal Infrastructure and Support Growth

promoted Kenneth D. Faltischek as its new Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Executive Vice President.
Mr. Faltischek will lead the legal team that will now be 100% dedicated to the aggressive growth of Sandata Technologies. He will continue to be
responsible for developing and implementing Sandata’s legal strategy and information technology and software product offerings.
Harold S. Blue, CEO of Sandata, stated that, “Adding Ken to our senior management team rounds out the restructuring process that Sandata began a year
ago. He has been promoted at a crucial point for Sandata as we embark on a significant sales and marketing effort to drive adoption of Santrax, launch
our new web-based agency management software, integrate Health Systems Solutions (HSS) and experience substantial growth of 30% or more. Ken’s prior
experience with Sandata as well as his strong corporate law background will guide Sandata through its organic growth and various acquisitions.”

In addition to his experience with Sandata Technologies, Mr. Faltischek has over 8 years of leadership and management experience as the General Counsel
to a number of companies owned by Sandata Chairman, Bert E. Brodsky. Prior to joining Mr. Brodsky, he worked for the legal firm Rosenman and Colin, as
a corporate attorney, in New York City. Mr. Faltischek is a graduate of BrooklynLawSchool in New York.
